Privacy policy
This policy explains what data is collected on the taysr.cloud commercial website and how it is used. It does not cover data entered by customer stores inside the Taysr Optic application, which is handled under a separate arrangement described in the customer agreement.
Marketing website data
When you fill in a form (demo, contact), we collect your name, business, contact details and message content so we can get back to you.
Taysr Optic application data
Customer, prescription and sales data entered inside Taysr Optic belongs to the store that created it and is processed separately from marketing-website data.
How data is used
Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to your request, organize a demo and, if you agree, keep you informed about our offers.
Data retention
Lead data is kept for as long as needed to process your commercial request, then archived or deleted.
Your rights
In line with applicable personal data protection principles in Morocco, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@taysr.com.
